My salvation! I've suffered from anaemia since childhood, worsened post-childbirth with terrible headaches during PMS and constant dizziness. A doctor prescribed pharmaceutical iron, which caused severe nausea. I switched to this iron supplement, and over two months, my ferritin level increased. Now, I only take it during menstruation, paired with vitamin C, avoiding coffee and dairy for better absorption. This has worked wonders for me!

I feel great after drinking it! Women often lack iron during their periods, leading to symptoms of anaemia even when asymptomatic. I used to suffer from a poor stomach and indigestion, alongside negativity from PMS. After taking iron during this time, my usual irritability and PMS diminished, and my stomach issues improved. Although I'm not fully cured, I've gone from experiencing indigestion at every meal to only at night. It's an easy drink and not bitter, making it easy to continue!

Less anxiety experienced
Improvement of PMS! After reading Professor Fujikawa's book, I began taking protein, vitamins, and minerals, then added iron. Initially apprehensive due to warnings from doctors, I've seen my symptoms improve. My PMS, marked by anxiety and anger, has greatly reduced, and I feel calmer than I have in years. I wish I had understood the importance of iron sooner.

Less painful periods
There is a lot to say about iron, but it’s essential to follow a doctor’s advice, ideally with vitamin C. My doctor recommended this product. I noticed a laxative effect and stool staining when taking it (apologies for the details). I drank it with vitamin C and folic acid. Still, I felt improvements; the symptoms of PMS diminished, and my periods were less painful. I recommend taking iron in courses.

Since turning 35, I often felt fatigued regardless of sleep, prompting me to consider iron deficiency. I began taking one pill nightly and was pleased to find I stopped waking frequently and slept soundly. I also felt less tired in the mornings, starting each day with energy. Helpful for bleeding
My girlfriend had severe bleeding and headaches before and after her period, so I gifted her this product, and it appears to be effective. However, due to the high dosage, I recommend caution when taking it.
